Shipping, Returns & Warranties
Your order will be shipped promptly when payment has been received in full and cleared.
From time to time however certain items may not be available or may not be available for immediate shipping. In these instances we will contact you to offer an alternative or an immediate refund.
Dispatch of goods is arranged by us through Australia Post or occasionally by courier as required. Large items which need to go by courier cannot be shipped to PO Boxes unfortunately.
All deliveries are conducted during normal business hours.
Pick up is unfortunately not available.
Please allow 2 - 7 business days for delivery within Australia after your payment has been confirmed.
Express post and registered post is available on all items at an additional cost supplied in listing (we charge standard Australia Post rates).
Please allow 7 - 21 business days for standard international post after your payment has been confirmed.
You are responsible for all customs, import duties and charges.
We do not include any of these charges in the item price or the shipping charges.
For items containing batteries, we are required to open the package and physically insert the batteries into the product before shipping.
Shipping times do not include time in customs.
Discount is available for multiple items being purchased. Please Note: Discount cannot be applied once you have completed checkout. Please feel free to contact us if you require any further information
At IMD Sales we know that you love the convenience of shopping with us and our large range of products. That's why we offer a simple returns/exchange policy.
All items come with a 60-day warranty unless advertised otherwise. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available. If the item is faulty, dead on arrival (DOA) then we commit to issuing you with a working replacement within the warranty period and must be reported within 10 days from delivered date. If in the event that a replacement is not available then we will we issue you with a full refund (including outgoing shipping cost). Please do not return DOA or faulty items unless asked to do so.
For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 28 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with your invoice number & name. Failure to include this information will cause a delay in the resolution of any returns.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. Responsibility for the successful return of an item lies solely in the returnees hands.
For items purchased in error the following applies: Items must be returned in the same condition as received within 7 days of receipt. A refund for the item only will be issued (postage costs will not be refunded).
Warranties do not cover installation or third party costs. Postage to and from IMD Sales for warranty claims after 30 days will be for the buyers account.
